This unique apartment home community features Santa Barbara style architecture and landscape design. The site plan combines 360 units into twenty-two building clusters, each with a common garden front yard and rear parking garage access. As most residents enter their units from the access street at the rear, the design of these areas included a greater amount of landscape than typical. This includes a range of shade and evergreen trees. Entry courtyards and shared front gardens were also treated with special plantings, pots and site furniture.

The project entry included a curving divided parkway terminating on the Amenity Center for the project. The center includes a pool with flanking shade canopies, a spa and outdoor barbecue area, a fitness center, the community clubhouse, a resident business center, as well as the leasing and management office.
